What is this store's return and exchange policy?
You’ll you glad to know we accept returns! We offer a 30 day return policy. However once this time frame has need you will not be eligible for exchange, full or partial refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase will also be required.
On return of your purchase, it will be inspected and we will be in contact as soon as possible to arrange your exchange, full or partial refund. In very rare circumstance we may reject your request for a refund, all reasons for this will be provided.
Sale items can not be returned or refunded.
You will be responsible for paying any returning shipping costs. These costs will be non refundable. We highly recommend you use trackable shipping services or shipping insurance as we can not guaranteed safe return of your order.
